Meet the Owners
Jerry and Angel Jie are the owners of Chestnut Grove Village, who have the heart and determination to restore Chestnut Grove Village to its prime.
As a hard working couple, Jerry and Angel started their first resort business, Chestnut Grove Resort, an inclusive family resort in Paradise Township in 2014. Not only did they earn the trust of a large group and extremely loyal guests from the previous owner, Jerry and Angel opened their arms to many new guests that seek a more personable vacationing experience than just a hotel room and made many new friends.
Under Jerry and Angel's management, Chestnut Grove Resort have become #1 rated hotel in Mount Pocono since 2014. It was also recognized as a top Performing Family Resort by the largest travel site, Trip Advisor. Chestnut Grove Resort was also awarded Certificated of Excellence by Trip Advisor in 2015.
Jerry and Angel became the extended family to many resort guests and Chestnut Grove Resort became many guests' home away from home. However, Chestnut Grove Resort only operates from Memorial Day to Columbus Day. Suggested by guests who love to visit the Poconos in the winter time and want to stay at Chestnut Grove Resort, Jerry and Angel started to look into properties that can fulfill the request. So here we are, Chestnut Grove Village is now up and running all year around!
Chestnut Grove Village ( formally know as Naomi Village) has 26 unique suites and cottages for families and friends. The property was a little bit rundown. It is extremely unfortunate to see such a beautiful property being neglected for such a long time. It might take years to bring Chestnut Grove Village up to date. However, Chestnut Grove Village does have much potential in the future to become a destination for many generations and Jerry and Angel are working very hard to make that happen.
